How to print a calendar

Settings that make the calendar fit the page.

Monthly calendars: landscape

Monthly calendars are laid out for US Letter paper in landscape orientation. The Print button sets this automatically in most browsers; if not, choose Landscape in the print dialog.

Margins and scale

Choose Default margins and 100% scale, or “Fit to page” if your printer cuts the edges. Turn off headers and footers so the web address is not printed.

PDF

The Download PDF button gives you the same calendar as a file to save, print later or share.

Paper

Standard copy paper is fine. Heavier paper (24–32 lb) holds up better on a wall or fridge.
